INDOOR LACROSSEWelcome to Hampton Roads first full sized premium indoor lacrosse field. The Ponds new rubber infill turf field is 200' x100' large with full sized LAX nets will play 7 v 7 (two attack, two midfielders, two defense). This new indoor option will allow our LAX players the opportunity to train and compete in a climate controlled, fully enclosed stadium field of play. We welcome all teams to take part in this programming or inquire about turf rental for specific programming or individual team events. In addition to league play, practice time and birthday parties, Chilled Ponds looks forward to offering a full slate of year around tournament play to draw teams in to Hampton Roads for indoor competition. We will introduce indoor LAX by focusing on speed and skill development in a competitive/fun environment. Chilled Ponds aims to allow our players a year-around opportunity to train and compete in our professional quality turf system and indoor programming without schedule uncertainty or uncomfortable conditions related to weather.
