Hockey weekend is North America's number one hockey vacation destination! Hockey Weekend tournaments are designed to provide a challenging and rewarding experience for youth and adult teams, as well as families and friends.

We have several vacation opportunities for you to choose from when registering your team with one of our tournaments.

Looking for solid competition and advanced level team seeding?

Hockey Weekend attracts teams from the north as far as Nova Scotia, Canada... to the south as far as West Palm Beach, Florida and everywhere in between. We have a unique qualifying program that seeds teams in AAA, AA, A, B and recreational brackets within each tournament event! Our primary objective is to ensure balanced competition.

 Tournaments Overview

Youth tournaments are run year round and provide competitive outlets for all levels of play. Tier I AAA, Tier II AA, A & B, and, Recreational divisions offered in most tournament weekends. Our goal is to provide your team with a tournament experience they will never forget!  All teams must be prepared to play by 12pm on the first day of the tournament.  The tournament committee will do its best to honor any special request.  Cost is $900 per team.  If an orginization brings 2-5 teams to an event the cost is $850 per team, 6+ teams is only $750.

 All tournaments offer a 3 game minimum.

Depending on size of individual divisions, a 3-5 game max is possible.  All teams have potential Wild Card/Semi-Final Rounds and Championship Game.  Age division and levels of play will evenly match teams. Come play against championship caliber teams from all over the country!

Scoring Format:

Hockey Weekend tournaments utilize a buffalo scoring system.  A total of 5 points are awarded each game.  The winning team is awarded 2 points, with the losing team getting 0, or each team awarded 1 point for a tie.  There is also a point awarded for each period won, if the two teams tie a period, they are each awarded half a point.
